Though we hope you love each and every one of your purchases at Indi Coco, we understand there will be times when returns and exchanges must be made. 

Refunds

For returns, please notify us within 14 days of your original purchase by dropping an email to hello@indicocostore.com and we'll sort that out for you. 

Please be aware that all returns items but be in a sealed and unused condition, and must have all original tags and packaging intact. If an item has been damaged, untagged or used in any way, we won't be able to offer you a refund.

The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the customer and Indi Coco cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage, so we strongly advise you to return your items using a tracked and signed for method. 

Once your return is received, we'll aim to process a full refund within 14 days. Refunds will not include the original postage costs.  

 

Exchanges

We're more than happy to exchange an item for another size if needed. If the size you require is out of stock, we can issue a refund or an exchange for another item in stock of the same price.
