Orders are shipped using PostNL (Netherlands) locally and abroad to the UK, Europe and Rest of World

You'll be sent a tracking number to track your parcel. It is your (the customer's) responsibility to track your parcel with the tracking details provided and to collect from your local post office or depot if it is not deliverable. Parcels sent back to the store from depots will be charged additional postage to be sent out again. Refunds can be made, though the postage will be deducted (covered by you - the customer).

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working delivery day.

Once a parcel has arrived at its destination, it will be your country's local postal service's responsibility to track and deliver it. If your parcel is taking longer than usual to arrive, please get in touch and we'll do our best to assist you in tracing it

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • An additional shipping charge will be added if your order exceeds 1.5kg or the parcel is bigger than a standard EU medium size parcel. This included orders that meet the free postage order amount if they exceed the EU medium size parcel limit. If your order does exceed the weight or size limit, we'll get in touch by email to arrange payment of the additional postage costs
  • Please note we cannot deliver to addresses with PO Box numbers. Please provide an address that is not a PO Box address to avoid delays
  • Please be aware that deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are independent of the total cost of your Indi Coco purchase and delivery, and payment is the responsibility of the customer. Failure by the customer to pay duties and taxes may result in the parcel being returned to us, should this happen, additional admin charges will apply
